Administrative Instruction (MESPI) No. 04/2022 on Environmental Permits

The Administrative Instruction (Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure – MESPI) No. 04/2022 on Environmental Permits, approved by the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, is a secondary legal act that defines the procedures and criteria for issuing, renewing, modifying, and revoking environmental permits in the Republic of Kosovo. This instruction repeals the Administrative Instruction No. 07/2017 on Environmental Permits and is based on Law No. 03/L-025 on Environmental Protection. [Gazeta Zyrtare e Republikës së Kosovës]
