GreenFest – 15th Edition of Kosovo’s First Green Festival!

🟢 Green Fest 2025 Ignites Mitrovica with Art and Environmental Activism

Mitrovica, August 13–17, 2025 – Green Festival, Kosovo’s largest environmental event, returns for its 15th edition, bringing together art, culture, and activism to spotlight the protection of nature.

This year, the festival focuses on SDG 15 – Life on Land, addressing critical issues such as forest protection, biodiversity, and the preservation of terrestrial ecosystems. Over the course of five days, Mitrovica will transform into an open space for dialogue, creativity, and civic awareness through art performances, exhibitions, workshops, and educational panels.

With a 15-year legacy, Green Fest continues to serve as a powerful platform for green activism and collective action. Once again, the festival aims to inspire citizens – especially youth – to take meaningful steps toward protecting the environment and building a more sustainable future.

The festival is organized by the cultural organization 7Arte, with the support of numerous local and international partners. As part of the project EECSOK – Empowering Environmental CSOs in Kosovo, Green Fest 2025 is further strengthened to build bridges between art, civil society, and environmental protection.
